职位描述: 岗位名称:呼叫中心主管岗位职责:1业务层面:- 负责确保项目正常运营,完成既定的KPI目标;- 负责制定员工每月成长计划,并完成既定的KPI提升目标;2运营层面:- 监控项目每日KPI达成情况并及时发现运营出现的问题,做出相应的调整和改进并以会议形式或一对一辅导模式与电话代表进行沟通;- 与项目质量监控主管沟通,根据业务需求进一步明确监控重点以及根据电话代表业绩调整监控比例,确保电话代表的执行力;- 与医学主管定期沟通,制定从疾病、产品业务角度提升的培训计划;3报告层面:- 日报、周报的报告制作;- 根据业务不同阶段需求,匹配当下业务需求做出相应的报告分析和方案建议;任职资格:1 大专及以上学历,3年以上呼叫中心运营管理经验;2具备相当的数据分析能力,可从日常数据中发现运营出现的问题;3具备优秀的语言表达能力和沟通技巧,能够承受工作压力;4良好的服务意识、较强的责任心和执行力,富有工作热情和团队意识,能调动员工积极性,提高效率;5熟练应用各类日常办公软件 职能类别: 生物工程/生物制药 客服主管 关键字: 客服主管 医药 呼叫中心 Call Center Supervisor 运营
