职位描述： 岗位职责：1、临床项目团队管理工作，对内负责与公司其他技术团队合作沟通，对外负责与医生、病人及医药科研人员进行沟通并提供相关支持。2、密切跟踪国内外最前沿医学研究动态，领导及帮助公司开发新的医疗服务产品。3、开发、维护和国内外医药健康领域内重要专家的关系，获得医疗服务的建议和制定指南；4、帮助公司制定合理的医疗服务范畴，与公司法律顾问协作；5、领导医学内容的审阅，保证其内容准确有据，且符合法律法规要求；6、在公司内、外部进行临床研究相关知识培训或项目说明。任职资格:1、学历背景：硕士及以上学历，临床医学专业优先；2、有心血管、中枢神经、代谢和肿瘤等领域研究经验者优先；3、3年以上的临床试验方案撰写经验，CRO公司背景优先；4、擅长临床试验和生物等效性试验；5、有团队合作精神，有领导能力，有开发和发布重要信息的能力；6、能快速接受新事物，工作协调能力良好，有主动学习的意愿和能力。 职能类别： 临床研究员 临床数据分析员 关键字： 医学顾问 MA 临床试验 临床研究 CRO
