职位描述： JOB DESCRIPTION Title:Principal Supplier Quality Engineer Location:ShanghaiReportto: Quality Assurance Manager Description:·Workwith suppliers to establish and maintain controlled manufacturing processesutilizing PFMEA.·Workwith suppliers to establish control methods suitable to the nature of the partsthey supply.·Leadsteams and manage product focus groups working with suppliers.·Workwith suppliers on measurement methodologies.·Buildrelationships with suppliers to ensure all levels of manufacturing understandBD requirements.·Responsiblefor supporting Development/Operations Engineering and manufacturing to resolvetechnical issues and implement corrective and preventive action.·Drivecontinuous improvement efforts, through facilitating, leading, andcollaborating with cross functional teams including BD and Suppliers.·Responsiblefor reporting of quality trends and information to management on theperformance of suppliers.·Travelingis approximately 25%-40%. ·Demonstratedability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategiesfor developing new suppliers.·Workwith supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherenceto quality procedures and requirements.·Followup non-conformances during-process inspection, pre-shipment inspection, qualitycomplaints from internal customers, product returns and safety recalls.Identify / drive root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive actionimplementation.·Participatein Quality Audits as a process subject matter expert.·WorkClosely with QA team to manage suppliers to ensure the product qualityQualification:·Bachelor'sdegree and minimum 5 year experience is required; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.·Experiencewith managing supplier quality in the production of PCB, PCBA, andelectro-mechanical assemblies. Having afamiliarity with plastic molding and metal forming processes a plus.·Directexperience with supplier producing parts in a regulatory environment (i.e.GMPs, ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 20, EN46001, etc.) preferred.·Musthave knowledge of Quality Engineering discipline, including statistics.·Strongworking knowledge of DMAIC \Six Sigma problem solving process. Belt certified abig plus.·Competentin Process Audit, CAPA, PPAP, Equipment Validation. ·Candidatemust have high energy and lots of stamina.
