岗位职责：主要负责部门内部NGS实验室日常样本处理与保存，仪器维护；二代测序所需样本提取及质检；核酸及蛋白质电泳；realtime PCR操作；二代测序文库构建；细胞培养。任职要求：生物技术类专业大专以上学历；测序或基因诊断行业两年以上从业经历，从事具体实验操作工作一年以上；勤恳好学，有责任感。 职能类别： 其他
