职位描述

Job Duties工作职责:1.Prepare, analyse and perform, the microbiological preparation and testing of samples in a profession manner following correctly SOPs independently or if these are not available the directions given by supervisor then fill in timely relevant records.能够独立地正确地按照标准操作程序规定的方式分析并执行微生物样品的制备和检测，或不具备时按照组内负责人的指导操作，并及时填写相关记录。2.Ensure that the work area is clean and tidy and all the glassware and small-scale equipment related to sample pre-treatment reach the adequate standard before using then fill in timely relevant records.确保工作区域整洁，所有的玻璃器皿和前处理涉及的小型仪器使用前达到合适的标准，并及时填写相关记录。3.Process reports on analyse within set timescale according to the appropriate standard independently. Maintain accurate legible records for all activities within the laboratory. Ensure the paper/electronic copies are kept securely according to laboratory procedures. Check data from other staff and correct any discrepancies that occur.在规定的时限内，独立地以恰当的标准整理数据并生成分析报告。对实验室所有正在进行中的检测操作维护准确可信的原始记录。并确保按实验室程序妥善保存书面/电子文件。检查其他员工的检测数据，并纠正任何产生的不符合项。4.Make daily work plan and lead/ assign/ supervise the junior/ intermediate staff to do the routine work correctly and timely or any tasks assigned by supervisor安排每日工作计划并带领/分配/监督其他初级/中级分析员准确及时完成日常分析工作或其它由技术组负责人分配的任务。5.Ensure that the sample testing information produced during analysis is entered into LIMS system correctly and completely.确保将分析过程中所产生的样品分析信息准确完整地输入LIMS系统。6.Check the equipment condition before using or during using; be able to solve routine instrument problems. Undertake equipment maintenance tasks assigned to them.使用前或使用中检查仪器的状态，能解决常见的仪器故障问题。承担仪器日常保养任务。7.Supervise the preparation of media according to specification of the method,根据标准方法中的内容指导员工制备培养基。8.Manage the reference strains accord to the SOPs. Prepare beans culture and work culture and fill in relevant records管理标准菌株、制备菌种珠子和工作菌种，并填写相关记录。9.Ensure proper quality control and quality procedures are followed.确保执行了正确的质量控制流程并且遵循了正确的质量操作流程。10.Ensure that all waste is disposed to assigned site in a safe and secure manner.确保安全、可靠的将废弃物放至指定地点。11.Evaluate current methods and recommend modifications as new procedures become available.评价当前方法和作为新程序的推荐性的修改。12.Undertake some method development or method confirmation projects following supervisor‘s directions. Make relevant work plans and put into practice.在组内负责人的指导下制定指定方法开发和方法确认相关工作计划并安排实施。13.Arrange the relevant tests according to the IQA and EQA plan. Ensure input the results of the PCS in corresponding system and review the control chart timely, if the results are abnormal then the corresponding investigation and correction / prevention actions should be implement. .根据 IQA 和EQA 计划安排相关实验。保证过程样品结果及时输入相应系统中，及时回顾相应质控图，如出现异常结果应及时开展调整并制定相应的措施。14.Undertake some training work to junior & intermediate staff.承担一些培训初、中级员工的工作。15.Monitor and manage the use of the consumables and make purchase plan for them.协助组内负责人制定本部门消耗品采购计划，控制监督消耗品的使用。16.Undertake supervision work assigned by the supervisor, including the preparation of media and sample by junior & intermediate staff, review of reports etc.承担组内负责人指派的监督初、中级员工培养基及样品制备工作，数据的审核等工作。17.Undertake some communication and coronation work assigned by the supervisor, such as with LS, IT, LS, QA etc.承担组内负责人指派的与其他组，例如LS，IT，LS，QA等的沟通和协调工作。18.Identify potential risks and problems and communicate to the microbiology supervisor or the Laboratory Manager判别所有可能的风险和问题并且与微生物主管或者实验室经理进行沟通19.Communicate procedural and operational difficulties and delays to the microbiology supervisor or the Laboratory Manager as required.根据需求对于操作流程和操作方法中的困难和延误向微生物主管或者实验室经理进行沟通。20.Communicate with and seek guidance from the microbiology supervisor or Laboratory Manager to meet laboratory targets.与微生物主管进行沟通，并且获得微生物主管和实验室经理的指导，以满足实验室的目标21.According to work contents to Perform other related tasks.根据工作内容执行其他相关的任务Job Specification任职资格:Education Background教育背景：Junior college education or above in food science, biology related majors大专及以上学历，食品科学，生物相关专业English level英语水平：Practiced reading and writing skill and basic listening and spoken English熟练的读写能力和基本听说Training experience培训经历：Quality system training of lab实验室质量体系培训Related training in operation skills of microbiology 相关微生物操作技能培训Work experience工作经验：Junior college education, more than 3 years relevant work experience required大专：三年以上相关工作经验Bachelor degree, more than 2 years relevant work experience required本科：二年以上相关工作经验Above bachelor degree, more than1 years relevant work experience required本科以上学历：一年以上相关经验Skills & Abilities技能和素质：Microbiology background微生物专业背景Strong professional ability with microbiology operation独立熟练地微生物操作技能Good at oral and written communication skills良好的口头及书面沟通技巧Good at organizational and planning skills良好的组织和计划能力Good computer skills良好的计算机水平Personalities个性要求：honest诚实， responsible负责，positive积极主动，team-spirit 团队合作， careful 仔细，diligent勤奋职能类别：化学分析测试员其他关键字：微生物食品检测分析技术高级专员
