The service manager is responsible for managing service team to support customers’ installation and field issues.Key Responsibilities:1Customer relationship management/field serviceDevelop close working relationship with customer’s service team. Be able to conduct/satisfy:1)Technical training2)Field repair work3)Customer-facing visits4)Urgent repair/refurbishment requests2Component repair process1)Coordinate production demands with repair demand2)Status of repairs distributed around plant for repair3)Achieving satisfactory turn times through production lines for repairs4)Expedite inter-facility repairs upon customer request3Data analysis/management and monthly field report1)Track and report key metrics of repair/refurbishment process2)Present status of repair turn time, issues, constraints to management3)SAP work order hygiene4)Monthly service report to management team on reliability data from the field4Supply Chain management1)Status of parts out for repair at other facilities2)Maintain constructive inter-facility relationships. Utilize management as necessary to facilitate3)Implement improvements to streamline inter-continent repair process4)Track, report and adjust material safety stocks to satisfy fluctuating repair lead timesQualifications:15-10 years of experience working in a customer service environment with demonstrated, consistent performance improvements25-10 years of experience working with complex electrical systems; experience with CT is highly preferred.3Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be presentable to the customer4Comfortable working in a matrix organization5Strong data analysis skills6Fluent in MS Excel and Powerpoint7Be able to demonstrate strong customer facing characteristics8Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English 职能类别: 医疗器械维修人员 维修经理/主管
