临床研究协调员(CRC)-熟临床试验文档管理（临床部，驻点广州，不出差）岗位职责: 1.从事试验文档的管理；2.协助CRA参与试验的启动及会务工作；3.负责所属临床项目的管理工作；4.协助数据中心制订临床方案并交主要研究者及统计专家审阅；5.制订所属项目整体研究计划书及项目经费预算；6.协助数据中心进行所属项目的数据管理及统计工作；7.协助主管进行人员管理及关系维护等工作；8.协助临床事业部（新药）主管、总监处理部门以及全国各驻地办事处的日常工作；9.协助主管起草和完善公司各项SOP。岗位要求： 1、临床医学或护理等相关专业本科学历；2、一年以上CRC或CTA临床经验，有临床试验经验者优先考虑； 3、英语四级以上，良好的英文读写及听说能力；4、较强的独立工作能力及团队合作精神；5、具备一定的抗压能力，并会自我心理调节； 6、工作积极主动，良好的沟通及应变能力，具备良好自我学习能力。 职能类别： 临床协调员 临床数据分析员 关键字： CRC CTA 临床研究协调 临床试验数据 CRA 试验文档 不出差
