职位描述

岗位职责:1. Medical Enquiries Fulfillment1) Call Center Management:· Provide Call Center the up-to-date info of assigned TA/products: PI; product list; Sanofi contact info;· Annual update on medical standard response for patients2) Medical Enquiry Response:· Daily respond internal & external medical enquiries based on PI/LSRD/literature search; record in global system3) Medical Enquiry Analysis Report:· Provide TA/BU monthly medical enquiry analysis report on: product / disease / enquiry type / received channel / frequently-asked enquiries / competitors, etc.4) LSRD Developing:· Develop Local Standard Response Document to reply medical enquiries based on GSRD and local requirements· Annual update on approved LSRD 2. Deliver advanced MI service to internal customers1) Intelligence report· Develop quarterly comprehensive intelligence report of assigned TA, including clinical trials intelligence, competitive intelligence, regulatory intelligence, pharma news, events, etc.2) Medical booth on national congress· Support medical booth as the coordinator with internal stakeholders on booth design, medical communication materials distribution, medical reminder purchasing and distribution, etc.· Collect valuable information from the congress; develop congress report including hot topics/insights analysis and key congress materials, e.g. agenda & program, abstract book, presentation slides, poster, etc.3) International congress supporting· International congress information collection and sharing to support TA4) MI content update with TA: PI/API/GSRD/guidelines 3. Maintain and update MI database of Sanofi’s product任职要求:Education: A Medical or Pharmacy graduate degree or above. Experience & knowledge:– Pharma industry experience (minimum 1 years) in medical information role– Good command of English (written and spoken) and PC skill– Good information searching ability Core competencies:– Good scientific information acumen and searching skills– Self-motivated, highly result orientated– Good communication and team working skills 职能类别: 医药学术推广 生物工程/生物制药
