职位描述

岗 位 职 责(包括职权、具体工作职责、工作任务等)：？Work as the bridge between to Henlius supply side functions, including production, quality, engineering, etc and Portfolio and Demand Planning Manager to balance the upstream and downstream supply chain, ensure OTIF with optimized inventory level作为复宏汉霖供应端部门（包括生产、质量、工程等）和项目集及需求管理经理之间的桥梁，平衡上下游供应链，确保准时足量交付及优化的库存水平。？Be responsible for site production capacity plan and resource plan; Be responsible for site Master Production Schedule and Daily Production Schedule；Be responsible for Material Requirement Plan, with all the factors into consideration including sales demand, production capacity, inventory level, etc.负责工厂生产产能计划和资源计划；负责工厂的主生产计划和日生产计划；负责物料需求计划；排产时将所有包括销售需求，工厂产能，库存水品等诸多因素纳入考虑范围。？Be responsible for Material Requirement Plan for raw materials, packaging material, excipient and other materials directly related to production. Ensure sufficient material supplies to support consistent production without any shortage, while on the other hand manage reasonable inventory level.负责管理原材料、包装材料、辅料及其他与生产直接相关物料的物料需求计划， 确保充足的物料供应以满足持续的生产，防止缺料断货风险。与此同时，保证物料库存维持在合理水平。？Monitor the procedure of procurement, delivery, production, testing, releasing and deviation etc. Assess business impact for major variance beyond tolerance and lead cross-functional coordination for action plans when necessary to meet R&D and sales demand on time.监督采购，交付，生产，检验，放行以及偏差等的进度。对于在容忍范围之外的较大差异，评估其对业务的影响并带领跨部门团队进行协作，及时满足研发及销售需求。？Coordinate with involved stake holders to integrate all necessary site activities and projects so as to maximize capacity/facility utilization as well as to minimize any negative impact to production.与相关负责人协商以整合所有必需的工厂活动及项目，以实现产能/设备利用率最大化，于此同时将对生产的负面影响降到最低。？Lead business process development & optimization for all capacity and production planning related activities; work as core team in Henlius Pharma SAP implementation project.领导所有与产能及生产计划相关的业务流程的开发及优化；在复宏汉霖制药公司SAP项目中担任核心团队成员。？Coach and develop young talents.训练指导并培养发展年轻人才。任 职 条 件（包括学历、专业、从业经历、能力特点等）：？Bachelor’s Degree or above；English CET6 or above本科学位及以上; 英语六级及以上？Bachelor：Above 8 years working experience. Master: above 5 years working experience in demand, supply, production, material planning. At least 3 years’ experience in capacity and production planning.本科8年以上工作经验；硕士：5年以上工作需求、供应、生产、物料计划经验。至少三年产能及生产计划经验。？Familiar with SAP system (PP&MM modules) ；Capable of modeling for production planning in Excel熟悉SAP系统 (生产计划和物料管理模块); 能够用Excel建立生产计划模型？Good analytical and communication skill; capable of driving for right decision and make consensus in complicated situation.良好的分析能力和沟通能力;能够在复杂的环境促成正确的决定并与各方达成一致。？Solution oriented and decisive.
