About the roleSupport GM to do business analysis or statistics analysis to find out continuous improvement opportunities, business trend, or insights for the decision;Roles & responsibilities:?Build up HZ site LSS dashboard and drive the dashboard to be lean and healthy and continuous improvement.?Responsible for key projects leading assigned by GM and mentor and coach LSS projects leaders to finish their projects with targeted benefit;?Keep good communication to global OE team and implement global OE initiatives in HZ site. As the OE leader to build bridge and transfer best practice between global team and HZ site.?Support Hangzhou site to deliver Lean, Six Sigma YB/GB training, and specific workshop training to candidates and be capable to support design and modification of training materials according to business requirements;?Facilitate department key process VSM for identifying the most impact projects, and drive the allocation of resources required to support them for success.?Be a key enabler in realizing Lean Sigma Vision, Mission and Positioning (creating a culture obsessed with continuous improvement);?Tight coordination and collaboration with HZ site management team to bring benefit and provide value added service, good communication and facilitation to avoid duplicate any of the ongoing efforts, nor confuse our employee base;?Support managers and department head to coach potential Lean Six Sigma talents;?This position must be a Lean & Six Sigma expert in skill, knowledge and statistics analysis skills.XAbout you?A minimum of a BS degree required; statistics or math is preferred; PHD or Masters level degree would a plus; MNC working experience is preferred;?Green Belt certification is mandatory and Black Belt is plus;?Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience;?Must have 5 years of hands-on six sigma/lean experience (i.e., must have lead the successful implementation in a company, not as a consultant role);?Deep project management experience;?Minitab, SASS, or JMP advanced skill is required;?Cross functional experience is a plus (e.g. Lab service, manufacturing, R&D, quality, supply chain and Engineering);?Life sciences background is a plus;?Fluent English spoken and writtenDesirable/Required Qualifications?Quick learning capability and willing;?Quick adaptability of workload flexibility, ambiguity and changes;?Passion, Hard driver; high energy level; positive attitude; works well under stress.?High degree of creativity and problem-solving skills, statistics analytical skills to adapt the lean six sigma tools and create new ones to suit needs.?Coupling strong analytical skills with good interpersonal skills.
