Position Summary工作摘要:The person hired for the position of solution/concentrate development engineer will work in GRD PEC SCC (China), who will be:1.Responsible for delivering innovations & developments of renal disease related diagnose and treatment products.2.Lead new innovation and technology exploration including feasibility study, prove-of-principle study and patent filling.3.Provide technical support to product sustaining activities.4.Work in lab and with external labs.Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:1.Work either independently or as a team member providing design support to renal disease related diagnose and treatment products in GRD PEC SCC (China).2.Under the guidance and supervision of the Manager, design experiments, conducting scientific study with an awareness of state-of-the-art technology.3.Lead or support one or more projects.4.Generate design and development documentation.5.Write study protocols and provide study data to demonstrate feasibility of new formulation and products. Write study reports.6.Build competitive advantage by identifying, evaluating, and championing technical advancements, design trends and innovations. Lead new innovation and technology exploration including feasibility study, prove-of-principle study and patent filling, internally or working with external partner.7.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications任职资格:Education background教育背景:1.M.S. or Ph.D. Degree in Biochemistry, biopharmaceutics, diagnostics or related background.Work experience工作经验:1.1-3 years. Fresh graduate with high potential also acceptable.2.Experience in diagnose and treatment device design/development is desirableCompetence and skills技能技巧:1.Modern technology theory on renal disease related diagnose and treatment products.2.Must have an extensive knowledge of innovation and R&D practice.3.Be able to collaborate and communicate with both internal departments and external organizations.4.Must be capable of working across different scientific disciplines and integrating knowledge from a variety of sources.5.Must be capable of operating on specific assignments which may be of short duration or long term in a manner that reflects the challenges in a professional and confident way.6.Bilingual. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.7.Good presentation skills, creative thinking, good team player, ability to plan and execute work independently with minimal supervision.8.Strong problem solving skills and a high attention to detail are essential.Working Conditions工作条件 :1.Working conditions are in an office, laboratory and/or manufacturing environment.2.Occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required.3.Travel up to 10% of time may be required.
