Job Summary职位概述:Purpose of the program is to implement the overall Asia Manufacturing Strategy of Roche Diagnostics, including the establishment of a high quality, highly efficient manufacturing site in Asia. The Senior Cost Analyst is responsible for plant controlling & costing monthly closing and global reporting package submission, site budget preparation, standard manufacturing costing (SMC) simulation and analysis, key user for SAP FICO module. He or she reports to the Finance Controlling Manager.Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :1.Perform regular business release testing for SAP change/improvement upon global requirement and ensure business release successfully in site and prepare relevant SAP standard operational process and training materials.2.Responsible for CO master data and material master data maintain in MDG system and SAP.3.Perform weekly production variance and purchase price variance analysis, inventory reconciliation.4.Responsible for CO closing includes weekly production order settlement & closing, material ledger closing, inventory write down, variance capitalize and release, etc.5.Responsible for inventory management include inventory forecast and monthly actual monitor with closely working relationship with supply chain department.6.Support site standard manufacturing costing (SMC) annual update process include timeline and R&R, SMC simulation, rate calculation, variance analysis and annual update in SAP.7.Support SMC continuous improvement area to meet global target, key contributor to manufacturing related projects.8.Support site annual budget preparation and reporting, responsible for site budget data consolidation and reconciliation.9.Well understand Roche FGAR and ICFR, IFRS and PRC GAAP, to ensure financial statement compliance with global and local requirement.10.Other ad-hoc tasks from line manager.Education 教育背景1.Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or FinanceQualification & Certification 资质证书1.Finance with a professional certifications (i.e. CPA, ACCA, CIMA or other international qualification is preferred).Experience工作经验:1.5-10 years’ experience in finance or accounting in a big 4 accounting firm or a multi-national company with minimum 3 years in manufacturing controlling.2.Practical knowledge of SAP (FICO module) is must.3.Experience on manufacturing costing and reporting function.4.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsPreferred:1.Experienced manufacturing ERP implementation project is preferred.2.Experience with financial planning and budgeting is preferred.Professional Competencies 专业能力：1.Proficiency in both spoken and written English.2.Excellent analytical skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.3.Active attitude, fast learner, good communication skill and team player.4.Professional Expertise.5.Planning & Organizing.6.Customer Orientation & Relationship Management. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： Senior Cost Analyst 成本 分析
