职位描述

岗位职责描述Key Accountabilities：1、responsible for making, confirming, arranging and tracking the arrival date of the purchase order.负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期2、follow up the situation of arrival, payment of goods and invoices, completion of the arrival of goods, and financial settlement.跟踪到货情况、货款支付及发票跟踪，完成到货后的入库以及财务结算等工作3、 responsible for the management, classification, sorting and filing of daily supplier documents负责日常供应商 文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档4、communicate with suppliers according to feedback from relevant departments to solve related problems根据相关部门的反馈意见，与供应商进行沟通，协调解决相关问题5、assist the Department Manager to develop, review and manage the suppliers and maintain their relationship； implement and improve the cost reduction and control scheme.协助部门经理开发、评审、管理供应商，维护与其关系；执行并完善成本降低及控制方案6、complete other work arranged by the superior.完成上级安排的其它工作任职资格描述Qualifications：1、bachelor degree or above, biology or chemistry background, proficient in office software and procurement experience is preferred本科及以上学力，生物/化学相关专业，精通办公软件，有采购经验者优先。2、familiar with the purchasing process, good communication ability, negotiation ability and cost consciousness.熟悉采购流程，良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识3、 careful and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking and strong team spirit.工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神4、have good professional ethics and quality, can bear certain work pressure.有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受一定工作压力5、good English ability in reading ,speaking, writing and listening .良好的英语听说读写能力 职能类别： 其他
