职位描述

岗位职责：1、负责建设，发展，和管理工艺开发部门（上游，下游，分析）团队，保证团队人员高效性和高水平表现Responsible to build, develop, and manage process development（upstream, downstream and analytical）teams to achieve high performance levels and will be accountable for staff effectiveness.2、负责为公司大分子产线的细胞培养，蛋白纯化工艺开发与分析方法优化，以及工艺表征和验证Responsible for developing and optimizing cell culture, protein purification process, analytical methods for company large molecule pipeline, and process characterization and validation.3、协调部门内部以及跨部门之间的交流沟通Facilitate communication across functions internally and externally4、负责工艺开发部门日常管理与资产预算准备Responsible for developing and managing functional area capital and expense budgets, and develop models for resource, economic, and/or process analysis.5、负责项目从CMO或新药开发部门的技术转移，与技术转移同事密切配合，审阅相关文件，设计补充实验，并全方面顺利与生产对接。Responsible for projects transfer from the CMO or the new drug development department of technology transfer, in close coordination with the colleague of technology transfer, review documents and design experiment, and all aspects of the smooth docking with the production.任职要求：1、博士或以上学历，药学，生物工程或生物化学专业；或硕士教育学历，专业能力表现卓越。Ph.D or above degree in Pharmacy, Bio-Engineering or Biochemistry; alternatively, or Master degree with excellent competence2、熟悉上游细胞培养, 下游蛋白纯化，蛋白分析等方面的工艺方法开发，放大转移Demonstrate a deep knowledge in protein/antibody process development（cell culture and protein purification）, scale up, and tech transfer3、熟悉工艺开发流程，技术转移，后期工艺表征与验证, 分析方法确认与验证Familiar with process development, tech transfer, late phase process characterization and validation, analytical method verification and validation4、Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, prioritize, and complete tasks within tight timeline.5、Anticipate complex technical issues and proactively develops practical solutions, proven ability to develop novel processesDemonstrate ability to make sound recommendation and identify potential impacts to management6、生物制药行业15年以上制药经验并至少5年管理经验At least 15 years of practical experience in Bio-pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years of managerial experiences7、英语水平优秀，会熟练使用电脑Fluent in English and Chinese，familiar with computer and Office system. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
