职位描述： Duties and Responsibilities-Establish and manage kinase inhibitors in vitro screening platform; recruit, teach and develop biologists and pharmacologists with drug discovery experience.-Design, develop and execute pre-clinical cellular, enzymatic and biological assays; identify final drug targets, final drug candidates and their optimization and the bioassays and pharmacology associated with above.-Analyze and evaluate experimental data for clinical candidate selection.-Track record and report pre-clinical biological activity research progress, find and resolve possible problems on a timely basis.-Conduct high quality technical reports and summaries, strategic plan for different development stages, as well as regular report to the head of the company.-Understand and stay abreast of intellectual property considerations in terms of research direction and final drug target and candidate selection.-Oversee internal staff and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to meet timelines.-Proactively identify and justify the resource and budget requirements for the Biology department in order to meet company milestones.-Mentor, guide, and develop staff utilizing transparent methods with an emphasis on both metrics and open dialogue to support a positive departmental and corporate culture.-Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with peers and other company staff.Qualifications-Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Enzymology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience in academia and industry with small molecule oncology drug discovery.-Previous oversea pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry experience in pre-clinical biological activity, pharmacological research, CRO management is strongly preferred.-Ability to independently develop novel assays and cellular models for small molecule drug screening. Proficiency in standard biochemical, cellular and molecular techniques.-Familiarity with the development of drug candidates from target identification, validation, discovery, pharmacological studies, to IND.-Broad and deep understanding of signaling pathways and biological processes implicated in cancer and the mechanisms of action of targeted therapies and mechanisms of acquired resistance.-In-depth understanding of basic in vitro drug screening, and efficacy and safety profile for anti-cancer targeted agents research.-Extensive knowledge of small molecule drug screening assay technologies with hands-on experience developing and performing cellular and enzyme activity in vitro assays.-Hands on experience with, and a broad understanding of, in vitro and in vivo research methods and models used for targeted therapy research and discovery in oncology.-Proficiency in related data analysis software and analytical skills.-Demonstrated management, leadership and teamwork skills.-Proficient oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin.-Sound scientific judgment, Excellent problem solving skills and quality-driven.-Enthusiasm and passion to for conducting creative scientific research.-Ability to work independently to achieve goals and to handle multi-tasks simultaneously. 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员 关键字： Director, Biology
