This position is responsible for BDB product development activities, products transfer, technical support, system verification and validation and other related activities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作职能？ Engage in BDB related system verification and validation testing activities in support to product development.？ Supporting BDB products development, transfer, process improvement and troubleshooting activities, including engineering trial, performance testing, verification and validation, data acquisition and analysis.？ Responsible for reagent preparation, equipment maintenance/calibration, preventive maintenance and lab routine monitoring and equipment trouble-shooting.？ Performs any other task(s) as assigned，or defined in related quality procedure.？ Drafting, review and/or execution of protocols, data generation, and contribute to report preparation.？ Assisting in simple statistical data analysis.JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求Education教育？ Bachelor degree in Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, Pharmaceutical or other scientific fields. Candidates with Mater or PhD degree will be given prioritized review.？ At least 1 year work experience in immunoassay technologies, flow cytometry and cell culture is preferred. Oversea advanced education background with no work experience will be also given consideration.Skill / Knowledge / Abilities技能/知识/能力？ Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin), with excellent interpersonal and presentation skill.？ Background in laboratory experience or system verification and validation testing (research, industrial or clinical).？ Ability to interact and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary group.？ Quick learner, self-motivated, initiative, team work and able to work under pressure.？ Basic to intermediate computer skills (application programs, such as WORDS, EXCEL etc) required 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 流式细胞 FACS
