职位描述
Major Responsibilities/Activities:1.Assist Senior Product Manager to work out marketing strategy and brand plan for product line including:？Assist to build up the strategy and annual plan based on marketing analysis, including innovated market mix to meet new environment;？Closely work with the sales managers to implement the marketing plan timely such as value segment project, small player pricing strategy;2.KOL development and maintenance？Develop and keep good relationship with KOLs to ensure adorsement of technology and product, strengthen the brand image of the company;？Engage KOLs to provide academic and clinical application support to the pipelines;3.Provide sufficient marketing support to sales team to ensure the sales target achievement:？Deliver clear product strategy and tactics to sales team and give guidance for sales strategy and action plan;？Provide innovated marketing mix and sufficient promotional aids to sales team;？Support sales team on promotional activities creation, implementation;4.Marketing events preparation and organizing to ensure brand message delivering and high customer satisfaction achieving; ensure cost effective marketing events and programs within budget etc.？National congresses preparation;？KOL meeting sponsorship preparation;？Regional meeting support;5.Assist the line manager and other team members with all other tasks wherever requested.REQUIREMENTS:-At least 3-5 year working experiences with at least 2 year in Marketing function, preferred in medical devices-Good oral and written English ability with CET-6 certificate.-Proficient in using routine computer software, such as MS Office and etc.-Good data processing ability (Excel or Access) is preferred.-Willing to travel when required(include weekend); 职能类别： 产品/品牌经理 医疗器械市场推广 关键字： 产品经理 外资医疗器械 高值耗材
