Essential Responsibilities1. Manage repair shop daily operation2. Drive operational execution/rigor and achievement of business metrics of the repair shop3. Drive lean initiatives, build lean culture. Continually improving operation efficiency and pursuing repair quality improvement are the priorities of this role4. Partner with region service team and repair program team to identify repair opportunities, and develop business cases to expand repair activities at the repair depots to bring value to business and customers. 5. This role need closely working with region service team, equipment sales team, and will directly work/communicate with customers, the customer focusing mindset is a must.6.
