Essential Responsibilities Duties include (but are not limited to): • Collaborate with engineering and product development partners to translate user, business, and technical requirements into a standardized framework of communication to support an Agile definition process. • Coordinate with the User Experience team and other Workflow Product Owners to ensure effective release train planning is maintained and expanded. • Develop and maintain a core group of customers who will be to provide critical insights based upon their own experience (throughput, experience, patient type) • Assess modern analytics and machine learning technologies and their potential application to the customer user experience. • Provide definition on projects adjacent to the MR sw platform which will facilitate the creation of overall solutions to the customer (e.g. Cloud based projects such as protocol management) About Us GE is the world's Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive. Role Summary/Purpose In this role the Workflow Product Owner will coordinate a cross-functional team to help define the realization of a modern user experience within MR. The development and assessment of key requirements will encompass the development of optimal workflows, insightful interactions and experiences based on an understanding of user-centered design principles and customer needs within MR. Qualifications/Requirements • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering is required. • 5+ years’ experience working within the CT/MR medical device industry. • Excellent oral and written communications skills. • Strong analytical and process skills. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative, matrixed, and customer focused environment Desired Characteristics 1. Ability to work in an independent manner. 2. Ability to motivate diverse, cross-functional teams. 3. Working knowledge of MR related physics, theory, and equipment. 4. Working knowledge of web services development (eg REST) and service orientated architecture. 5. Working knowledge of Agile, preferably SAFE Agile process 6.
