1.General job accountability:Understand recent progress of product/competitor and relevant therapeutic areas; collect, process, integrate, formulate and share with cross-functional team on insights from HCPs, literature review, congress update and competitor activities; develop medical strategy includes Professional Education strategy and medical projects; in charge of designing and writing clinical study protocol as well as authoring/reviewing study report and publication plan; participate in or determine the theme and content of activities including hospital lectures, advisory board, expert discussion and medical education; Ensure successful implementation of Professional Education events and programs in high-quality and high-compliance way; communicating and cooperating with internal and external customers; Responsible for budget tracking and reporting for the relevant PE programs. provide expert review of training,promotional and project-based activity materials presented by Marketing/Sales department from a scientific viewpoint; provide product related support to Marketing/Sales and other departments.2.Qualification and competency requirements:A.Education /Training background:Master degree or above on Clinical MedicineB.Knowledge/Skills:●Thorough understanding and command of product and relevant therapeutic area knowledge.●Thorough understanding and command of HCC.●Proven skills at developing and managing varied relationships within and outside the company.●High customer and external industry insight.●Strong oral and written communication skill.●Skilled at understanding scientific data and translating it into effective education and communications materials.●Organizational skills, project management, time-management skills.●Adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo and have the right compliance mindset.C.
