职位描述

岗位职责：1、负责CHO稳定高表达细胞株的筛选工作，熟悉细胞株筛选流程，并熟练掌握相关仪器设备及技术；2、负责细胞库的建立及细胞株可生产性评估；3、熟悉细胞库的稳定性以及基因拷贝数研究；4、对蛋白药物质量分析数据有一定分析能力；5、能按照公司的实验记录以及档案管理条例要求，认真按时整理实验记录和数据并提交归档；6、能独立地完成技术报告的撰写并参与部门会议汇报实验结果；7、按照项目要求完成其它研发相关工作，并及时向管理团队汇报进度。岗位要求：1、 细胞生物学、生物化学、分子生物学等生物医药相关专业本科/硕士/博士毕业；2、有成功的稳转细胞株构建及筛选相关工作经验者优先；3、具备生物学相关基础，熟练掌握细胞培养相关技术技能；4、具备实验设计和数据处理能力，能够快速查阅英文专业文献；5、良好的团队合作精神、分析与解决问题能力、过程管理能力、沟通与协调能力；6、了解新药研发、注册申报等工作流程及生物制品审批的法规要求。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
