ISL总经理岗位责任:-管理公司的损益表-监督业务部门的日常运作-在业务部门的各级提供领导-确保制定和实施旨在扩大业务的战略-监督产品开发路线图和产品组合以确保持续增长-协调职能和直接报告的关键绩效目标的发展-为业务部门的关键职能经理和行政人员提供直接管理-确保制定战术方案以实现有针对性的目标和目标-确保向客户提供产品的整体交付和质量-从事关键或有针对性的客户活动-监督关键的招聘和人才发展计划-评估和决定关键投资设备、基础设施和人才。-向公司员工传达策略和结果-向公司官员汇报主要结果-与公司官员进行更广泛的组织战略规划技能:-领导技能-P&L管理经验-企业家精神-优秀的沟通技巧-较强的人事管理技巧-精通英语和普通话资格-本科学历,医疗设备,IVD试剂相关学位优先-10年实验室自动化或IVD行业工作经验-有实验室自动化或IVD设备业务管理经验者优先。-熟练掌握计算机技能,包括Word、PowerPoint、Excel、Outlook等。ISL General ManagerSummary:We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded and result-driven General Manager to lead and manage the business unit with full P&L responsibility. The General Manager will need to set the business direction and strategy and to manager different functions to execute the business strategies achieving the business unit result and goals as set by the corporate . This individual will have a strong capacity to lead a business unit with different functions, determine the right business strategy based on market situation and trends, and manage the P&L.The ideal candidate would need to be familiar with lab automation solutions (e.g. liquid handling platform, different type of IVD equipment etc.). Secondly the ideal candidate would have strong background and knowledge in the IVD体外诊断 industry (including IVD equipment, reagent, end users in hospital or laboratory etc.)i.e. IVD”全名叫“in vitro diagnostic products”,中文译为体外诊断产品,IVD是指医疗器械、体外诊断试剂以及药品,IVD作为医疗器械的分支.Responsibilities:-Manage the company P&L-Oversee daily operations of the business unit-Provide leadership at all levels of the business unit-Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business-Oversee the product development roadmap and product portfolio for continuous growth-Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports-Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit-Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives-Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit’s offerings to customers-Engage in key or targeted customer activities-Oversee key hiring and talent development programs-Evaluate and decide upon key investment sin equipment, infrastructure and talent-Communicate strategy and result to the unit’s employees-Report key results to corporate officers-Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planningSkills:-Leadership skill-P&L management experience-Entrepreneurial-Excellent communication skill-Strong people management skill-Excellent command of both English and MandarinQualification-Bachelor degree, medical equipment, IVD reagent related degree is a plus-10+ years’ experience in lab automation or IVD industry-Experience in managing a lab automation or IVD equipment business is a plus-Proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook 职能类别: 医疗器械生产/质量管理
