职位描述

岗位职责：1. 领导生物实验室团队对公司产品性能进行生物学和临床验证，配合研发部门改进完善产品设计和性能；2. 领导团队深入研究电转染技术，提高公司在该专业领域的技术储备和权威性；3. 指导部门成员设计实施生物实验，提高公司产品的使用效果，为客户应用提供全套解决方案；4. 针对公司新产品或新应用领域设计实施专门实验，将实验结果写成科研论文并在学术刊物发表；5. 为部门制定培训计划，提供在电转染技术和质量控制方面的必要培训；6. 制定和推进标准操作规程和良好操作指南的实施，确保技术、质量方面的要求得以满足；7. 发起和领导与外部合作单位的技术合作，开发公司产品的新的应用领域；上级主管安排的其它相关工作。任职要求：1. 细胞生物学相关专业博士以上学历，掌握严谨系统的科研方法，能够针对技术难题进行钻研并解决问题；2. 有7年以上相关专业科研或企业研发经验，有电转染方面的研究经验者优先；3. 3年以上研发管理职位工作经验，能够领导、管理并激励团队；4. 认同公司的价值观和企业文化，以公司利益为重，愿意和公司共同发展；5. 具有较强的沟通能力，较强的团队合作精神及团队领导力；6. 诚实正直善良；7. 有工作激情，能吃苦耐劳，肯学习，勤奋上进；8. 熟练的中、英文写作和口语交流。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
