职位描述

岗位职责：1、从事抗体药物体外生物活性分析方法、分子及细胞评估平台的建立;2、负责抗体功能实验的细胞功能分析、免疫活性评估等常规实验；3、细胞生物学、抗体生物活性或肿瘤学相关背景知识。岗位要求：1、 细胞生物学、生物化学、分子生物学等生物医药相关专业本科/硕士/博士毕业；2、肿瘤、细胞和免疫学相关知识，细胞增殖、ADCC、报告基因检测等实验；3、实验动手能力和思考能力，及解决实验中出现问题的能力；4、高度责任心，工作细致，认真负责，能够承受一定的工作压力，良好的团队合作精神；5、有抗体药物生物功能检测经验者优先，鼓励无直接经验但立志学习药物研发者申请。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
