Specific duties and responsibilities:Responsible for preparation and accuracy of regular performance monitoring reports (e.g. commercial sales and in-market sales reports, channel inventory report, etc.)Responsible for generating quarterly business target setting and SIP calculation reports.To give daily data and analysis support for sales operationsTo maintain CRM database properly to meet business environment changingTo implement CRM system upgrading to meet business growing requirementsProfile requirements and competencies:Education/Training: Bachelor degree above , major in mathematics, finance & management accountingWork Experience: Above five years’ experience in healthcare industry; experience in data analysis and sales operation highly preferredExpert skillset in MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, SPSS, familiar with CRM systemGood knowledge and skill in analysis principles and analytical techniquesStrong communication skills and a team playerIndependent, mature & able to work under pressure; detail oriented & willing to take responsibilityTechnical Skills : Data analysis mastering: being able to experience data reporting system , and provide good and insightful analysisOrganisation Skills: Ability to plan, organise and control multiple, simultaneous and fairly complex activities effectively.
