职位描述

(a) Be responsible of managing and following up of staff training materials including ensuring SOP and regulation trainings are read and signed in timely manner, also filing of all training materials as per Tigermed’s requirement. (b) Assist with new employee orientation such as reviewing CV and training record as per Tigermed’s requirement (c) Assist with management of new employee training including TEL (d) Assist with updating SOP self learning signature templates (e) Assist with creating study specific Sharepoint folders (f) Attend and prepare internal team meeting minutes (g) Schedule and arrange internal and external meetings (h) Manage Q&A logs, team list, team training plan and systems access (i) Assist with document filing (j) Assist with Investigator payment tracking (k) Support the routine work such as application in OA system, reimbursement (l) Other administrative tasks assigned as required任职要求： (a) Academic / Major 学历 /专业 Bachelor degree preferable in science, or health-related field from an accredited institution or a licensed healthcare profession required. (b) Professional Skills 专业技能要求 Knowledge of current ICH-GCP (c) Working Experience 工作经验要求 Minimum of 1 year working experience in health related industry/hospital/institution. (d) Language ability 语言能力 Read, write, and speak fluent English. Good communication in mandarin.
