职位描述
Responsibilities / Duties Manage all aspects of quote, proposal and RFI development for assigned opportunities; adhering to agreed-upon BU-specific and enterprise-wide proposal and pricing processes Manage opportunities autonomously, establishes clear timelines to meet client requirement, anticipates obstacles and provides solutionsReviews RFP/quote requests to ensure full understanding of client requirementsWorks with Operations, Finance, Account Executives and others to compile proposal responseEnsures timely delivery of assigned proposals to clientsPerforms data entry into SFDC, CMS, and others databases as appropriate (e.g. updates, proposal number requests and generating both regularly scheduled and impromptu reports) where applicableManage client-facing and senior management-facing activities surrounding assigned opportunitiesIdentifies and resolves issues around client inquiry requirements and Covance capabilitiesMaintains appropriate knowledge of the technical and regulatory environmentsCreates and implements new processes as standards to improve business as a result of process projects assigned Education / Qualifications Minimum Required:Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience) ExperienceMinimum Required:Minimum of 4 years direct CRO/pharma or other business-related experience preferredExcellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tactDemonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritizeDemonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skillsProven ability to work independentlyKnowledge of other software applications (i.e. SFDC) preferredAbility to work to deadlinesStrong analytical skillsAbility to communicate appropriately and effectively with clients and Covance senior managementPositive attitude and sense of urgency 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
