职位描述： 药品质量经理（集团医药板块）/QC Manager工作职责：1.建立、运行、持续改进质量体系，行使质量否决权，制定公司年度质量计划；2.贯彻执行《药品生产质量管理规范》、《药品管理法》等法规；3.负责组织公司内部自检、外部质量审计及GMP认证工作，以及整改工作跟踪检查；4.GMP相关文件的审核、批准；确保产品放行前符合各项要求，并出具产品放行审核记录；5.确保原辅料、包装材料、中间产品、待包装产品和产品符合注册要求和质量标准；6.批准质量标准、取样方法、检验方法和其他质量过来操作规程，确保完成所有检验；7.组织质量部门进行生产全过程的监督（生产现场、记录、设备、操作过程、卫生、人员、物料等）；8.评估和批准物料供应商，供应商及物料档案的完善。任职要求：1.药物化学、生物制药等相关专业硕士及以上学历；2.具备全面的检验技能、生产工艺及质控技能，熟悉GMP全面质量管理体系；3.具备八年以上药品质量控制及质量/验证/物料等管理经验，能独立分析解决问题；4.熟悉新版GMP、生物制药行业相关法规；5.国语、英语流利，具备较强组织协调沟通能力；6.能独立主持GMP认证、现场检查、实施整改。 职能类别： 药品生产/质量管理 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 药品质量 药品生产 质量经理 QA 药物分析 GMP FDA
