职位描述: 岗位设置目的:根据公司的销售政策和销售任务,通过对目标医院的日常拜访及学术推广活动,促进公司产品销售,达成销售目标,提升公司品牌形象。岗位描述:1、负责对辖区内医生、药剂师及相关人员的日常拜访,提供良好的客户服务,提高客户对公司及产品的认同度,促进医院销售目标的达成。2、根据年度市场推广计划,执行公司的市场销售策略,组织和实施专业化学术活动,提升公司的专业化形象。3、负责医院和目标医生开发工作,实现产品进院和销量提升。4、处理医生异议,反馈市场信息,及时完成公司的各项报表。5、协助医院招标、当地医保目录入选等具体工作,保证医院销售的顺利开展6、建立、完善并及时更新医院客户档案,保证客户信息的准确性。7、严格执行公司的规章制度,确保个人行为符合公司行为规范。岗位要求:1、 大专或以上学历2、 医学、药学及相关专业优先3、 有一年以上工作经验优先4、 有销售培训者优先5、 熟练使用办公软件,具备基本的网络知识;6、 具备英语应用能力及客户和资源的管理能力7、具有很强的沟通能力、协调能力和团队意识,并具有较强的分析判断力、心理承受力及良好的职业素养。Purpose of Post Setting up:In accordance with the company's sales policies and tasks, enhance selling of the company's product, realize sales targets and enhance the company's brand image through routine visits to target hospitals and academic promotional activities.Description of responsibilities:1. Routine visits to doctors, pharmacists and related personnel within areas covered, provide good customer service, increase customer recognition of the company and its products and work to achieve sales goals for hospitals.2. In line with the annual marketing plan, implement company's marketing strategy, organize and carry out specialized academic activities and enhance the company's professional image.3. Develop target hospitals and doctors and materialize products’ entry into hospitals and increase in sales volume.4.Deal with questions raised by doctors, respond to market information and complete company’s reports in a timely fashion.5. Assist with hospital tendering and Reimbursement Drug List listing and ensure the smooth progress in hospital sales.6. Create, improve and update hospital customer profiles to ensure the accuracy of customer information.7.Strictly implement company's rules and regulations to ensure that personal behaviors are consistent with company's code of conduct.Job Requirements:1. College degree or above2. Medicine, pharmacy and related professions pre ferred.3. 1 year and above work experience preferred.4. Sales-related training preferred;5. Skilled at office software; familiar with basic network knowledge;6.
