职位描述

1. 负责产品的市场渠道开拓与销售工作，执行并完成公司产品年度销售计划。 2. 执行销售计划及销售预算，积极完成销售量指标，扩大产品市场占有率； 3. 独立处置询盘、报价、合同条款的协商及合同签订等事宜。在执行合同过程中，协调并监督公司各职能部门操作。做好应收账款的回收工作。 4. 建立客户资料卡及客户档案，完成相关销售报表。 5. 与客户保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求，收集客户产品使用建议。为客户提供主动、热情、满意、周到的服务。 6. 配合客户投诉处理，负责客户的解释及后续工作。及时处理各种产品危机事件，维护产品品牌形象。 7. 维护和开拓新的销售渠道和新客户，自主开发及拓展上下游用户。 8. 收集整理客户，市场，竞争对手及相关行业信息与政策。制定相应调研报告。 9. 负责公司新产品的市场推广，客户使用调查及销售工作。联系地址：江苏省苏州市张家港市扬子江国际化工园区长江东路528号 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
