Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介） Be responsible for related process equipments operation and cleaning in SHiP II. 负责高致敏车间II期本岗位工艺设备的操作和清洁。 Be responsible for related materials handling in SHiP II. 负责高致敏车间II期本岗位物料的管理。 Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 Project phase & Start-up phase项目阶段和启动阶段 Support project team to complete the installation, commissioning and qualification for related equipments. 配合项目组完成本岗位设备的安装、调试及确认。 Support process engineer to complete equipment acceptance and validation. 配合工艺工程师完成设备接收和验证工作。 Responsible for cleaning of related operation rooms and storage rooms. 负责本岗位操作间和储存间的清洁。 Routine production phase常规生产阶段 Equipment operation 设备操作 Excipients dispensing 辅料称量 Perform excipients dispensing. 执行辅料的称量。 Support excipients charging. 支持辅料的上料。 Double check the mixed powder weight in IBC. 复核中转罐中混合粉末的重量。 API dispensing 原料称量 Conduct the material staging according to the production plan. 按照生产计划进行领料。 Perform API dispensing. 执行原料的称量。 Double check the API weight in IBC. 复核中转罐中原料的重量。 Perform excipients charging. 执行辅料的上料。 Double check the mixed powder weight in IBC. 复核中转罐中混合粉末的重量。 Granulation 制粒 Prepare the bonder solution according to the production plan. 根据生产计划进行粘合剂溶液的制备。 Conduct the granulation according to the production plan. 根据生产计划进行制粒。 Take samples from granules. 对颗粒进行取样。 Perform IPC test during granulation. 执行制粒过程中的中控检测。 Excipient (external addition) weight adjustment. 外加辅料重量调整。 Blending & Transportation 混合和运输 Granules blending. 颗粒混合。 Conduct the material staging according to the production plan. 按照生产计划进行领料。 Conduct the material transportation. 负责物料的转运。 Tableting 压片 Conduct the tableting according to the production plan. 按照生产计划进行压片。 Take samples from nucleus tablets. 对素片进行取样。 Perform IPC test during tableting. 执行压片过程中的中控检测。 Coating 包衣 Prepare the coating solution according to the production plan. 根据生产计划进行包衣液的制备。 Conduct the coating according to the production plan. 按照生产计划进行包衣。 Take samples from coated tablets. 对包衣片进行取样。 Perform IPC test during coating. 执行包衣过程中的中控检测。 Encapsulation 装囊 Conduct the encapsulation according to the production plan. 按照生产计划进行胶囊填充。 Take samples from capsules. 对胶囊进行取样。 Perform IPC test during encapsulation. 执行胶囊填充过程中的中控检测。 Visual inspection 目检 Conduct the visual inspection according to the production plan. 按照生产计划进行目检。 Deal with the write-off samples of each batch. 处理每批的报废取样品。 Washing 清洗 Perform bin washing 负责容器清洁 Perform equipment parts washing 负责设备部件清洁 Cleaning 清洁 Support bin washing 支持容器清洗 Support equipment parts washing 支持设备部件清洗 General 公共职能 Perform related equipment cleaning and parts manual cleaning. 执行本岗位设备清洗和零部件的手工清洗。 Participate in 3-shift model. Adjust off day according to production requirement. 参与三班工作。按照生产需要，调节休息日。 System operation 系统操作 MES, PI and CHRIS systems operation MES、PI和CHRIS系统操作 Other operation related to MES, PI and CHRIS systems 相关MES、PI和CHRIS系统的其他操作 Room clearance 房间清洁 Manufacturing related 生产相关岗位 Responsible for cleaning of related operation rooms and storage rooms. 负责本岗位操作间和储存间的清洁。 Cleaning 清洁 Routine cleaning in public area. 公共区域的日常清洁。 Perform monthly-cleaning and quarterly-cleaning of public area. 负责公共区域的月度清洁和季度清洁。 Take the responsibility of getting consumables in SHiP II. 负责高致敏车间II期内易耗品的领用。 Documentation 文件 Fill in the information for batch record, logbook and other record completely, accurately and timely. 完整、准确和及时地填写批次记录，日志和其他记录。 Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书 Senior high school or Technical school or above 高中或技校（及以上） Pharmaceutical technology or relevant fields 药学或相关专业 Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力 N/A Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 1 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry 1年制药企业工作经验 1 years’ experience in related position 1年相关岗位工作经验职能类别：药品生产/质量管理
