职位描述

任职要求：1、本科以上学历，生物化工，发酵工程，微生物、生物工程 或生物技术等相关专业；2、具有生物医药发酵经验5年以上工作经验；3、具有生物制药领域按照GMP要求进行发酵操作的经验以及必要的验证知识；4、具有良好的团队合作精神、较强的责任心和主动性、良好的沟通能力和协调能力；岗位职责：1、主要从事发酵工艺的开发，按照公司或主管要求制定研究方案及实验计划，分析总结实验结果，撰写实验报告，汇报实验进展；2、熟悉发酵过程关键参数的调控与检测；3、负责菌种的制备、检定及菌种库的管理工作；4、熟悉发酵罐操作，能发现并解决发酵过程中的技术问题；5、实验相关仪器的维护和管理工作； 6、具备严谨的科学态度和强烈的攻关意识，不妥协于困难；有上进心，责任心，敬业精神，善于沟通,具备良好的团队协作精神。踏实肯干，身体健康。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
