职位描述

集团医药板块运营总监-生化药行业博士优先工作职责1. 负责集团生化药物板块的立项、研发、注册、项目申报、生产等部门的业务监督、管理及运作；2. 制定公司发展战略，负责其功能领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略，实现公司业务和投资回报的快速增长；3. 监管研发项目的实施及过程，组织实施各项目的财务预算及利润分配方案；4. 建立公司组织体系和业务体系，负责管理团队的建设，培养优秀的业务人才和各岗位人才；5. 不断优化公司的人力资源配置,持续提升公司整体的组织能力；6. 参与公司经营的重大问题决策，并向公司CEO提供经营决策分析和支持；7. 全面开放性合作方式，形成共享的实验室、共有的注册团队、生产工厂成为最值得依赖的市场推广路径。职位要求1. 生化医药相关工作或医药相关专业，博士学历10年以上的相关工作经验；2. 具有5年以上的海外学习或工作经验；3. 熟悉医药行业市场、医药技术发展趋势，对医药相关国家政策、法律法规熟悉；4. 具有敏锐的信息捕捉能力，敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力，对市场信息有独到的分析判断能力；5. 熟悉企业运营管理和运作，具有良好的前瞻性，较强的判断和决策能力，有优秀的沟通协调能力，并有推动变革，勇于创新的胆 魄及行动能力；6. 精通英语听说读写能力。 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 运营总监 部门总监 COO 医学博士 临床试验 项目总监
