Duties and Responsibilities:As key leader for the Finance function managing the localization of the GHS Core template in close collaboration with the Project Manager for the local project (gap analysis, local mandatory customizations, …)Lead the Change Management for Finance function through the local project.Ensure the liaison with Nestlé GLOBE resources for the Finance function in alignment with the Project Manager.Create the functional resource plan based on the project plan to make sure all deliverables are produced on time, to budget and to correct customer quality level.Ensure that each part of the functional area is assigned to the appropriate team member.Make sure that all team members are properly trained and understand their respective roles; participate in the creation of training materials.Make sure that integration between streams is properly managed.Coordinate the work within the team and ensure proper escalation of issues identified.Ensure regular communication with the Project Manager in order to review all requirements and deliverables.Contribute operationally to the project activities, including testing, go live phase, sustain.Act as a preferred functional business partner to ensure the follow up after the go live.Ensure that processes implemented respect Nestlé audit and governance standards.Requirements:Education and Training:Bachelor Administration degree as a minimum.Good English.Work Experience:7 to 10+ years experience working in Finance – Management Accounting, finishing at a mid-to-senior level in a multinational organization.SAP or similar ERP experience in Finance, preferably with experience in a similar role, i.e. leading a functional implementation team is an asset.3+ years people management experience in a project environment preferred.Experience with multiple markets preferred, in an international context.Financial projects background welcome.A good pharmaceutical industry knowledge is an asset. 职能类别： 其他 关键字： global 玻尿酸 医疗美容
