Duties and Responsibilities: A international project, and you will work with global peers.In close collaboration with the Market Project Manager, develop a common understanding of the project scope in particular for his/her scope (Plant or Swiss Market), deliverables, approach and high-level plans established amongst all stakeholders.Ensure the successful integration of the Business resources to the Project Team for his/her dedicated scope of deployment (Plant or Swiss Market): For his/her specific scope, is the dedicated key contact point,Ensure the full information of the Project Team regarding the current sit-uation of his/her local scope (Plant or Swiss Market), Underline its local specificities and all relevant points which will require a particular attention for the localization phase.Ensure the full engagement of the business as per the Project Plan for the Swiss Project:Ensure a regular liaison with the local stakeholders to guarantee their full information, alignment and inputs when appropriate,Guarantee the availability of the local resources with the business’ approval all along the project,Escalate the critical points, or main issues, to the Market Project Manager in order to assess the risks and to find mitigation points and action plans.Act as a Change Agent in the framework of the project deployment, and ensure that the Change Management is fully integrated in his/her scope of deployment:Impulse and spreads the Change in all his/her activities,Envisage situations as an opportunity to question the current local sit-uation and to transform it locally according to the new processes and to be organization defined globally,Accompany and help the employees in deployment scope to fill in the gaps in terms of functional understanding and change of business mindset.Participate as project resource to the testing phase when appropriate.Requirements:Education and Training:Bachelor Administration degree as a minimum.Good English.Work Experience:7 to 10 years experience working in the relevant/ specific business area, especially in a business analysis role, in a multinational organization. A robust complementary experience in Project Management is required.Solid Change Management experience.Good theoretical and practical knowledge of modern ERP systems is essential. Extensive knowledge of SAP is preferred.Working knowledge of Galderma systems, business processes and business model preferred.Experience with process definition within and ERP application environment (preferably SAP).Knowledge of Nestlé GLOBE Standard Deployment Method (SDM) is a plus.A good pharmaceutical industry knowledge is an asset. 职能类别： 其他 关键字： global 玻尿酸
