Essential Responsibilities 1) Identifying core competence of service engineer workforce and identifying training needs 2) Developing and updating service engineers training model with the business strategy, support on SVC operation team’s competence development 3) Work with vendor delivery team to design program training for vendor FE and leaders 4) Designing, developing, revising training courses/ programs base on both organization’s and individual’s needs 5) Deliver training programs, and handle related issues 6) Cooperate with cross-functional partners or external vendors to design and develop training content. 7) Organize and update training materials, ensure training materials in place prior to each training program. 8) Evaluating effectiveness of the training and programs conducted 9) Maintain and develop trainer pipeline for program training 10) Build up learning environment in Service 11) Interface with internal and external parties to ensure all program logistics are on track 12) Secure program venues and coordinate all related logistics 13) Secure and manage all program supplies, materials and vendors with expected schedules and budgets 14) Lead to build SVC College and coordinator relative events/web site update 15) Analysis efficiency and effectiveness of program process and make recommendations for improvements and solutions to FE Program Manager 16) Manage finance and invoicing for all FE programs 17) Assist with roll-out, implementation and marketing/promotion of FE programs 18) Assist with planning and execution of all program deliverables 19) Organize and update online training content and quiz database 20) Acts as myLearning Administrator, including training reporting, assigning and recording training, troubleshooting system issues at individual user request. 21) Understands and complies with all applicable EHS/QMS policies and GE policies About Us GE is the world's Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive. Role Summary/Purpose This position is responsible for building up employee competency model, design and deliver training programs to Svc FE and back office employee management and coordination of SVC FE programs, build and maintenance of SVC College, works with SVC operation team/GE University council and vendors to provide high quality training programs to growth professional talent of service team. Qualifications/Requirements 1) Minimum of 3-5 years training experience 2) Strong customer service mind, assertive and result-oriented 3) Resilient and positive attitude 4) Ability to build strong working relationship 5) Outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills 6) Strong project management skill 7) Strong customer service mindset and skills 8) Strong organizational and facilitation skills with attention to detail 9) Flexibility with ability to adapt to changing environments and role responsibilities Desired Characteristics 1. Experience creating technical training materials in multi-media delivery environments, preferably in the diagnostic imaging healthcare industry. 4. Results driven and action oriented. 5.
