职位描述
职位目标 Grow sales and market share of product(s) responsible by working out and implementing product strategy.Ensure smooth processes and procedures related to product(s) responsible. 工作任务 Evaluate present market situation and market trends, analyze potential market segments and/or customers.Develop product strategy plan (marketing plan) for all related distribution channels, work out related expense budget per year.Implement marketing plan as agreed, follow up on activity results, expenses and related product development on regular basis.Track sales metrics, competitor performance and customer feedback to identify areas to enhance own product performance.Track and report product inventories, purchases and sales on a regular basis, prepare suggestions for impending inventory-related issues (short or over stock).Develop standardized product presentations, educational material, sales tools etc. in line with company and product strategy.Provide product knowledge and positioning training to Sales teams and other internal departments as necessary.Support Marketing Manager in organizing countrywide or local symposia, seminars, educational activities etc., present product(s) responsible.Support Marketing Manager and Sales team in building up and maintaining key customers, arrange regular visits and discussions.Coordinate product-related issues across internal departments, communicate regularly with Sales, Commercial, Logistics, Reporting, Finance. 能力要求 1) Getting information – Use all relevant sources to obtain, receive or otherwise get information, actively listen to opinions of customers, team members and colleagues. 2) Fast learner, versatile – Quickly grasp new situations, face the unknown open-mindedly and whenever it occurs, and convert into opportunities for personal growth. 3) Critical Thinking - Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. 4) Originality – Come up with clever or unusual ideas about a given topic or situation, develop creative ways to solve a problem. 5) Oral expression, training – Communicate clearly and effectively, ensure understanding and interest of audience.
