Job description - Conduct ongoing monitoring visits to assigned investigational sites - Prepare essential documents - Organize investigator and initiation meeting - Ensure accordance with the approved protocol, SOPs and ICH-GCP - Develop close connection with investigator and study site - Frequent traveling required 职位描述 - 执行研究中心的监查工作； - 准备临床研究相关文件； - 协助、组织研究者会议及启动会； - 确保临床研究项目按照方案、SOP和ICH-GCP实施； - 与研究者和研究中心保持良好的合作关系； - 经常出差。 Qualification - B.S. or higher degree on Clinical Medicine, Nursing science, pharmacy - At least one year CRA experience or two years or more clinical practices at hospital - Previous experience in international pharmaceutical company or CRO would be a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Good English writing skill - Sufficient computer skills on Microsoft Office 任职要求 - 临床医学、护理学、药学专业本科或以上学历； - 至少1年CRA工作经验或2年以上医院临床工作经验（条件适合的无经验者也考虑）； - 有外企制药企业或CRO公司工作经验者优先考虑； - 良好的人际交往和沟通能力； - 良好的英文写作能力； - 熟练使用计算机及办公软件。 职能类别： 临床研究员 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 临床研究 临床研究专业 临床研究专员
