职位描述: POSITIONSUMMARYBe responsible for technical sales of BD Pharmagen products by working with current distributors. Alsobe responsible for the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale ordelivery and post-sale services to a group of clients. May identify newpotential customers.KEYRESPONSIBILITIES-Managesales territories to sell BD Pharmagen products.Monitor and analyze the sales data of local market.-Responsible for the overall sales and market development of BD Pharmagenproducts in key accounts(CRO, Biopharma andinstitute)-Workclosely with distributors and provide management support at every point ofsales & marketing activities -Becomeknowledgeable of all applications of the BD Pharmagen product line. -Understandand communicate customer requirements and interact with customers, grow newclients as well as manage and retain the current customer base. -Servealso as the point of contact for pre-sales supportissues, and post-sales support issues, including status of complaints/problems,special deals, follow-up with customers orders, etc. -Responsible for basic technical support and application relatedbusiness growth. -Responsible for customer relationships and on-goingsales-related initiatives to achieve business objectives.-Responsible for collect marketing information, especiallycompetitive information. SKILLS ANDABILITIES-Familiar with FLOW technology, antibody market and products.-Willingnessto travel as needed -High energy, team player and ability to work under pressure, positiveattitude, multi-task, prioritize and goal-focused -Familiarwith word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, as well as commonemail programs -Excellentoral, written and interpersonal communication skills including professionaltelephone skills -Detail oriented and well organized, self motivated and resultoriented.-Able and willing to learning new technology and new skill-Initiative, self-motivated, open-minded and detail-orientedDESIRABLE1.Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in a scientific discipline (Biology, molecular biology, genetics orbiochemistry ) required. Master of Science degree is a plus.2.2-3 years related relevant experience, preferably sellingMolecular & Cell Biology products.3.Good track record of successful sales experience in life-sciencemarket is preferable 职能类别: 医疗器械销售代表
