JOB PURPOSE An external and internal facing role that provides medical and clinical expertise in priority therapeutic areas and builds EDP scientific leadership. The role focuses on the development of professional relationships with KOLs, CRO, building deep scientific understanding of EDP compounds by engaging KOLs in scientific exchange meetings and modifying clinical study protocol based on prior study design. In addition, the Medical Science Manager will take the lead in the design and implementation of clinical operation aligned with clinical study protocol. Further internal accountabilities include the development of clinical study protocol and clinical support to clinical operation, scientific preparation to ethical committee meeting, CTA , NDA submisstion.etc. There are 3 levels in medical manager role, i.e. associate medical manager, medical manager, Sr. medical manager. Medical managers are expected to have >1-2 years’ experience as associate medical manager and proven record of success (internally or externally). Sr. medical managers are expected to have >2 years’ experience as medical manager and proven record of success (internally and externally). Role and Responsibility1. Medical & Scientific engagement：Deliver New Medicines and Life cycle flawlessly，Offer medical input for pre launched products, new indication and medical practice Leverage scientific rational for drug development strategy Deliver study core documents (CSP/CSR etc.) on time with high qualityKeep good relationship with KOLs and visit KOLs regularly 2. Medical & Scientific SupportDeliver medical or clinical expertise to internal stakeholders1 Provide the EDP internal stakeholders with an understanding of the local medical community, clinical practice, trends and real or perceived gaps in current scientific knowledge and medical treatment, competitive intelligence 2 Provide medical input for the development of company’s business development Provide medical input to global protocols, study feasibility and local customer’s research initiatives. 3. Keep update on latest regulatory guideline from CFDA 1 Proactively update knowledge based on regulatory guideline issued by CFDA 2 Strong strategy thinking from research and development 职能类别： 医药学术推广 临床研究员
