职位描述： Position Scope/Objective:The position is responsible for developing and executing the marketing channel strategy, achieve successful product introduction and hit the revenue goal through integrated marketing campaigns.Reporting to:Supervisor of Product OperationResponsibilities:1.Own and drive the product launch process. Conduct or organize product training to sales team and distributors with close collaboration with Product Manager.2.Conduct systematic monitoring on multiple dimensions of responsible product line and conclude analysis report as well as counteract plan.3.Reach out to both internal and external customers to collect customers’ feedback on existing products and work closely with Product Manager to develop upgrade plan.4.Plan and execute marketing campaign activities to drive market share or revenue.5.Propose and drive advertising strategy to generate or enhance market awareness of the products.6.Work closely with Marketing Channel Team to execute channel strategy, conduct integrated marketing campaigns.Education/Experience:1.At least MS degree in life sciences discipline.2.Prior selling or marketing experience in life science reagent or biotech/biopharma company is preferred.3.Excellent language skill in both Chinese and English.4.Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze information to draw conclusions.5.Excellent communication skills with multiple sides and the ability of getting consensus.6.Self-managing and self-motivating individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and meet customer expectations and deadlines. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
