职位描述： Position Scope/Objective:The position is responsible for planning and executing the product portfolio strategy, conducting life cycle management, and developing new product pipeline, consequently achieve the financial goal of responsible product line.Reporting to:Supervisor of Product ManagementResponsibilities:1.Develop product portfolio strategy to maintain a healthy and sustainable portfolio.2.Conduct product life cycle management, develop proper marketing strategy for products under different stage.3.Identify target customers for existing and new products. Formulate proper value proposition for specific customer segment and generate marketing message.4.Work closely with Operation Manager to launch new/upgraded products and make further optimization according to the customer feedback.5.Establish a systematic competitor investigation to get a clear picture on the competition landscape.6.Reach out to customers to identify the unmet demands and new business opportunities.7.Work closely with R&D team to manage the new product development, through close following and monitoring the technology development and application trend.Education/Experience:1.At least MS degree in life sciences discipline, PhD degree is preferred.2.Prior selling or marketing experience in life science reagent or biotech/biopharma company is preferred.3.Excellent language skill in both Chinese and English.4.Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze information to draw conclusions.5.Demonstrated ability to be creative and make project plan to achieve the goal through several milestones.6.Excellent communication skills with multiple sides and the ability of getting consensus.7.Self-managing and self-motivating individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and meet customer expectations and deadlines. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 产品经理 产品 生物制药 生物医药
