职位描述： 岗位职责：1.熟练掌握有机合成相关反应和反应机理；2.熟练操作各种有机合成实验室仪器设备，并通晓实验室安全要求；3.熟练进行产物分离、结构鉴定与NMR, MS, IR等图谱解析；4.独立完成合成文献的查阅，制定合成路线并处理实验中出现的基本问题；5.及时、准确、清晰、完整地完成实验记录，撰写并口头汇报中/英文项目进展报告；6.积极与团队进行项目沟通并解决问题；7.做好公司分配的其他事务。工作地可选上海、深圳或成都Job description:1.Proficient in organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms,2.Acquainted with operation of organic synthesis related laboratory equipment and laboratory safety standards,3.Skills in product separation, structural identification and spectrum analysis (such as NMR, MS, IR etc)4.Capability of reading and understanding literatures written in English, designing synthesis route, dealing with general problems encountered in experiments,5.Experimental records prepared timely, correctly, clearly and completely, progress reports written and presented in Chinese or English,6.Good communication skills to solve problems,7.Participate in other assignments of the company.职位要求：1、有机化学、药物化学及相关专业本科或硕士以上学历、有经验者优先考虑；2、扎实的有机合成理论知识和实验操作能力；3、热爱合成研发工作，爱岗敬业，责任心强，具有强的工作能力和良好的团队合作意识。Qualifications:1.Bachelor degree in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry, master degree or previous experience with preparation of novel chemical structures or optimization of synthetic route is highly desired,2.In-depth understanding of modern synthetic organic chemistry and solid experimental laboratory skills,3.Candidates must be a good team player, have a great interest in R&D job, and the strong responsibility and professional mannerism. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 生物科技创新 有机化学 药物化学 生物医药研发 肿瘤新药研发 硕士 张江 药谷 研究助理
