职位描述： 工作职责：1.可担任上海研发中心研究主管或博士后。2.根据项目团队需求，提出工作目标和工作方法，带领和指导研究助理进行科学实验，完成科研目标。3.建立分子生物学、生物化学或细胞生物学功能实验平台。4.对研究助理的实验技术和数据分析进行指导，对结果进行分析总结，并向项目团队汇报。5.参与公司管理事务和其他业务，参与外部沟通交流工作地可选上海、深圳或成都应聘要求：1. 分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、免疫学或相关专业博士以上学历。2. 精通载体构建，分子克隆，实时定量PCR，小规模蛋白纯化等分子生物学或生物化学实验。3. 精通细胞培养技术及各类细胞功能实验,在细胞转染、稳转细胞株构建、ELISA， western-blot或者流式细胞技术富有经验。4. 有DNA甲基化或表观遗传学研究领域工作和研究经验者优先。有在公司工作经验者优先。有带人经验者优先。5. 熟练使用office和使用科研分析软件经验。6. 有较强的英语读写能力和听说能力。7. 极强的学习能力，积极主动；性格开朗，有进取心，沟通能力强。8. 有团队合作精神，有责任心，有领导力，有较强的适应性。工作地可选上海、深圳或成都。Job Responsibilities:1.Work in Shanghai R&D center with the title of senior scientist (or PI, investigator, group leader). Or provided with the opportunity to work as postdoctoral fellowship.2.Under the leading of project team, set goal and strategy, guide and work with the research assistants to handle experiments3.Develop Biochemical and cellular assays.4.Guide the research assistant for experimental detail, data analysis, interpretation，trouble-shooting and report writing. Present work progress to management and project team.5.Participate in the company management. Communicate with external research groups.Job Requirements:1.PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell Biology, immunology or related biology.2.With expertise in molecular cloning, protein-related expression, purification and biochemical assays.3.With expertisein cell culture and cell-based in-vitro assays including cell proliferation, transfection, stable cell line development, ELISA, western-blot, IF and/or FACS.4.Experience in epigenetic research is desired; Experience in biotech industries is preferred; Experience in people management is a plus.5.Detail-oriented, results-driven, with capabilities of time management and multi-task management is essential.6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are required.7.Familiar with using of Office and scientific software.8.Cooperation in team-work environment, flexibility, responsible and leadership potential.9.Communicate and self-motivated; desire to learn. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发管理人员 关键字： 生物科技创新 表观遗传学 生物医药研发 肿瘤新药研发 博士 博士后 张江 药谷 研究主管 investigator
