职位描述： 工作职责：1. 可担任上海研发中心研究主管或博士后。2. 根据项目团队需求，提出工作目标和工作方法，带领和指导研究助理进行科学实验，完成科研目标。3. 创建或完善药物化学实验平台。4. 对研究助理的实验技术和数据分析进行指导，对结果进行分析总结，并向项目团队汇报。5. 参与公司管理事务和其他业务，参与外部沟通交流。应聘要求：1. 药物化学、有机化学或相关专业博士以上学历，有海外学习或者工作经验者优先。2. 丰富的有机合成经验和强的科研攻关能力，善于合成线路设计能力；3. 有药物设计经验，有带人经验者优先。4. 熟练的英文写作和交流能力 。5. 极强的学习能力，积极主动；有进取心，沟通能力强。6. 有团队合作精神，有责任心，有领导力，有较强的适应性。Job Responsibilities：1. Work in Shanghai R&D center with the title of senior scientist (or PI, investigator, group leader). Or provided with the opportunity to work as postdoctoral fellowship.2. Under the leading of project team, set goal and strategy, guide and work with research assistants to handle experiments.3. Build or develop a better MedChem platform.4.Guide research assistants for experimental detail, data analysis, interpretation，trouble-shooting and report writing. Present work progress to management and project team.5. Participate in the company management. Communicate with external research groups.Job Requirements.1. PhD in medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry. Oversea study or work experience is a plus.2. With expertise in organic synthesis and strength in solving problems, good at synthetic route design.3. Experience in drug design is preferred; Experience in people management is a plus.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are required.5.
