职位描述： Overall job purpose/工作目标概括：As a technical backbone of related production area, participate in all types of registered products that conform to company’s quality standards, national drug and food quality standards, safety and labor laws conditions. Guide junior staff to standardize production, assist production leader complete a variety production tasks safely, timely and quality and quantity guaranteed.作为相应生产区域的技术骨干，在符合公司质量标准，国家药品、食品质量标准、安全及劳动法规条件下，参加各类注册产品的生产,并指导初级员工进行规范化生产，协助所在岗位生产组长安全、及时、保质保量的完成各种生产任务。Responsibilities/工作职责：？Production run:make full use of various resources, to participate in the orderly conduct of production to meet market demand for the product yield and quality.生产运行：充分利用各种资源，参与生产的有序进行，满足市场对产品产量和质量的需求。？Product quality control: Assist the production team leader within the area of responsibility to ensure that all aspects of the production process in line with the national GMP requirements, the company is headquartered GMP requirements, operating according to standard operating procedures, so that product quality has been effectively guaranteed.产品质量控制：协助生产组长确保责任区域内生产过程中各环节符合国家GMP要求，公司总部GMP要求，操作按标准、操作程序执行，使产品质量得到有效保证。？EHS control: compliance with company policies and regulations related to EHS and EHS associated with the completion of the work. 5S assist in the production team leader to coordinate the work areas of responsibility, to ensure clean and orderly working environment.EHS控制：遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并配合完成EHS相关工作。协助生产组长协调责任区域的5S工作，保证清洁、有序的工作环境。？Staff training: responsible for assiating the production leader organize the appropriate pre-service training for the staff.人员培训：负责协助生产组长对所在岗位员工上岗前进行合适的培训。？Process improvement: participate the data collection of responsible area, error investigation and so on,raise some reasonable adivise and improvement methods of the production process in related area.流程改善：参与责任区域内涉及的数据收集，偏差调查等工作，对责任区域的生产流程提出合理化建议并参与改进。？Production site small equipment solution:solve the conventional equipment problems timely according to related requirement of standard operation procedure. Report the problems which beyond the conventional so that reduce the machine standstill time.生产现场小设备问题解决：根据相关标准操作程序的要求，及时处理常规的设备问题，汇报超出常规的问题，减少机器停顿时间。？Other relevant tasks assigned by company.除以上职责外公司安排的其它职责。Skills, Performances & Competences required by the position:岗位所需技能，绩效及能力:1)Skills & Competences required技能要求？Own related professional knowledge of pharmaceutical.具备一定制药专业知识？Proficiency in related oral solid preparation workflow jobs, skilled use of machinery and equipment and have the necessary job skills, able to debug the machine, and with a certain knowledge of AM can perform simple maintenance work, the problem can be found in the work and make recommendations.熟练掌握口服固体制剂相关岗位的工作流程，熟练运用机器设备且具备必需的岗位技能，能对机器进行调试，并具备有一定的AM知识，能进行简单的维护保养工作，能在工作中发现问题并提出建议。？Have good communication skills; able to communicate well with colleagues and report to superiors very well.具备良好的沟通、表达能力；能与同事良好的交流，能良好的与上级沟通汇报工作。？Certain EHS awareness, to identify potential safety hazards; to understand the risk factors and control channels of responsible area.一定的EHS意识，能识别相关岗位潜在安全隐患；了解责任区域的危险因素和控制途径。？A good sense of collaboration, can work well with colleagues in the same production group,Strong sense of team spirit.较好的协作意识，能很好的和同一生产组的同事协同工作，具备团队精神。？It has the priority to one or more of the following conditions: large pharmaceutical companies for more than 3 years working experience in oral solid formulations, simple English reading and writing skills, JI / JR experience, SAP experience, TPM experience.具有以下条件中一项以上的优先考虑：3年以上大型制药企业口服固体制剂岗位工作经验，简单的英语读写能力，JI/JR经验，SAP经验，TPM经验。2)Backgroud背景？Pharmacy or electromechanical automation-related major, secondary education or above.药学或机电自动化相关专业中专以上学历。？More than three years of relevant work experience of oral solid dosage forms.3年以上口服固体制剂相关工作经验。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
