职位描述: The responsibilities of the Manager, CPS are to work with the Head of CPS to mold the future shape of CPS and be involved with any future strategic changes within CPS that may occur. Manage CPS resources and oversee the clinical management aspect of designated projects and staff at a local or international level in accordance with CLIENT/PAREXEL’s SOPs.As Manager, responsibilities will include recruiting and presenting highly qualified, fully briefed contract clinical research professionals to fulfill client requests. Work with resourcing teams to build on the database of candidates and maintain a recruiting presence in relevant markets. Negotiate and draw up contracts between PAREXEL and clients. Ensure good working relationships with new and existing clients working with the Account Management Team and PFDs as appropriate and seek out, develop and grow business opportunities. Contribute to the development and maintenance of an outstanding level of client services.Key Accountabilities? Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner.? Manage and grow CPS into an efficient and profitable business.Represent, promote and position CPS in order to develop new opportunities and grow the CPS business.? Find and match the right candidates to meet the client’s needs.? Create and maintain an environment which promotes staff retention and attracts new candidates.? Manage the clinical team to ensure that the clinical deliverables and training needs are met? Review reports/deliverables generated by staff assigned to the project in the region. Highlight common issues and address these with the team as a training need.? Manage and monitor time budgeting, incorporating revenue recognition, to ensure that any potential cost over-runs are identified and addressed at an early stage.? Perform co-monitoring visits with less experienced CRAs or at problem sites, as required by contract with clients, to identify possible areas for training and address these with the local training manager where applicable? Maintain updated client database plus regular client contact and visits.? Collaborate and exchange information with other Departments (as appropriate) on a regular basis.? Ensure career and personal development opportunities exist for all CPS employees and support/encourage their continued interest.? Undertake the full range of duties relevant to the leadership, management and development of the team to ensure that their performance meets and/or exceeds both the business and their own personal goals/objectives.? Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required to complete the worldwide curriculum in a timely manner.Skills? Excellent interpersonal, site management, relationship building, verbal and written communication skills including excellent presentation skills.? Leadership skills that include the ability to build effective teams, ability to motivate others, delegation, drive and timely/quality decision making; personal qualities that include the ability to gain and maintain the trust and confidence with a variety of clients as well as within PAREXEL.? Team player with outstanding negotiation and organizational skills.? Client focused approach to work? A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments, new learning and travel (overnight, weekend and international travel may be required).? Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.? Willingness to work with multiple supervisors/colleagues in a matrix environment, and to value the importance of teamwork.? IT literate – Experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC functions. Team player with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation skills and organizational skills.? Able to take initiative and work independently and ability to identify and address issues proactively in a timely manner.? Sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks.?Education? Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification/experience.Language Skills? Competent in written and oral English.Minimum Work Experience? Substantial monitoring experience or equivalent experience in clinical research setting? Previous experience in client facing role?
