职位描述： 岗位职责和要求：1.生物工程，生物科学，基础医学，药学等相关专业本科以上学历，1年以上工作经验。2.精通细胞培养技术，熟悉原代细胞和NK细胞培养。具有良好的实验操作的能力，熟悉蛋白免疫学实验和细胞实验技术，如ELISA，WESTREN-BLOT，FC，ADCC，CDC，Transwell，等实验。3.熟悉实时荧光定量PCR仪，流式细胞仪，SPR设备等仪器操作。4.有独立思考，极强的数据统计分析能力；能够设计完成实验；对实验过程中有可能出现的问题进行排查分析，开展相关研究、优化工作。5.及时完成数据记录和结果处理；并整理分析报告。熟练使用Word、Excel、PDF等办公软件。6.具有良好的实验习惯，完成实验室的日常工作维护。7.服从工作安排，热爱实验研究工作，良好的时间管理能力；工作积极、热情；认真负责、细致。优秀的团队合作和沟通协调能力。8. 了解GMP要求，严格遵守公司规程。Job description and requirements:1 With more than 1 years working experience, solid background in biological science biological engineering or preclinical medicine.
