职位描述
职位描述： 1、 熟练掌握ELISA、Q-PCR检测技能，完成QC部门的日常检测工作，包括建立和完善蛋白药物和中间体的HCP、DNA残留，ProteinA等杂质残留测定方法的建立和验证，并对其进行分析和记录、呈报检测结果；2、 参与实验方法的开发和转移，并负责起草、撰写实验室文件，如实验方法、验证方案、确认报告。3、 按时提交个人报告， 及时准确完成领导安排的临时性工作任职资格：1、 本科及以上学历，生物制药、生物化工、化学分析及药学相关专业；2、两年以上生物制药行业工作经验，熟练使用酶标仪、Q-PCR；3、有生物大分子蛋白分析，了解单抗产品中残留DNA、HCP及Protein A的检测知识；4、要求思路清晰，计划性强，热爱实验室工作，抗压能力强。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员
