职位描述: Marketing Director-外科某外资医疗器械公司工作地点:北京Promotion of the Products/BrandDrives market development efforts, which lead to a growth in sales.Builds strong relationships with direct sales channels and key stakeholder groups.Performs/organises the necessary training for sales colleagues in relation to product launches.Conducts market research and interprets data and competitive trends in the country marketplace.Field working for insight into activity/ strategy implementationWorking on market research and market development projects time to time to increase the market share of the Products/BrandPlanning & ensuring implementation of the marketing campaignsPlanning and initiating activities like CMEs, Doctor Programs, patient initiation/ contact programmes.Liaison with sales force for all activities, symposia congress, various association meetings and marketing inputsWork with clinical closely in providing the medical inputs to doctors/ field staffingEnsure timely availability of various supports needed by sales team for doctor promotionContinuous focus on Institution business for the brand designing and implementing the special campaigns time to time.Liaison with clinical department for marketing related training and timely approvals of the medical content for the marketing inputsField communication, feedback and correction.Develops country portfolio strategy and business/marketing plans (including financials) together with the country Marketing Manager.Positively contributes as a management member of the sales team.Works closely with and under the direction of the country Marketing Manager to ensure a collaborative approach in achieving goals.Participates in the budgeting process to ensure an effective and efficient marketing plan for the country business.Ensures individual reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner.Maintains awareness of changes and development in health care practices and processes.Participates in International Product launch teams as required.Participates in the creation of launch manuals and all necessary marketing materials as well as communication concepts in conjunction with the Central International Product Management Team.Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as may be deemed suitable and assigned by management.Conduct all business activities according to applicable State laws, rules and regulations and observe all company policy and procedures to ensure meeting ethical standards and compliance obligations. RequirementsPost Graduate in Marketing will be a plusMarketing and/or Product Management experience within the medical industry.Minimum of 3 years medical product marketing experience or combination of product marketing and technical sales experience.SkillsEffective communication skills, written and verbal, as well as demonstrated marketing skills will be vital.Enthusiasm and drive, highly motivated, a self-starter.Analytically minded.Able to work in a creative manner when formulating concepts.High levels of integrity, confidence, independence and collaboration skills.Tough and demanding, but persuasive.Team player, strong inter-personal skills.Diplomatic and capable of handling complex situations.Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company.Strong commercial orientation. 职能类别: 医疗器械销售经理/主管 医疗器械市场推广
